Creating an account is free and easy. Click Sign Up on the home page, enter your Gmail address, create a password (minimum 6 characters), add your full name and country, then tap Create Account. You can optionally add a profile photo during registration.

Currently, password reset requires contacting our support team. Email us at contact@keytube.com with your registered Gmail address and we'll help you regain access within 24 hours.

Go to your Profile page by tapping your avatar. Tap the 📷 camera icon on your profile picture to upload a new one from your device. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF. Max size: 5MB.

To access our full library including new releases, you need to create a free account. Registered users get unlimited access to all content.

Open any video and tap the ⬇ Download button. You must be signed in to download. The video will be saved to your device's Downloads folder. Downloaded videos are also accessible from the Downloads tab in the app.

While watching any video, tap 📋 My List or the 📋 Add to Playlist action button. The video will be saved to your personal playlist, accessible from the My List tab.

Sign in to your account, then go to Upload from the menu or visit uploads/upload.html. You can upload cover images and video files directly. Files are stored securely via Cloudinary. Supported video formats: MP4, MOV, MKV, AVI, WebM.

After signing in, go to My Studio from your profile menu. If you don't have a channel yet, you'll see a Create Channel button. Choose your channel name and handle (@yourname), add a bio and profile picture, then tap Create. Your channel is immediately live!

You unlock monetization once your channel reaches 1,000 followers. At that point, your channel is automatically approved for earnings. You'll see your earnings in the 💰 Earnings tab in your Studio and Wallet.

Your KEYTUBE Wallet stores your earnings from monetized content. You can view your balance, transaction history, and request withdrawals from the Wallet page. Withdrawals are processed via Mobile Money or bank transfer within 3–5 business days.

KEYTUBE currently supports: MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, M-Pesa, and Bank Transfer. More payment methods are being added. For subscriptions/premium features, we also accept major credit/debit cards.

Try these steps: 1) Check your internet connection. 2) Refresh the page. 3) Try a different browser. 4) Clear your browser cache. 5) If the issue persists, the video link may be broken — please report it using the contact form.

Yes! The KEYTUBE mobile app is available for download. Look for the app download banner on the home page, or contact us for the latest download link. The web version is also fully mobile-optimized and works great in your phone browser.

Tap the Share button on any video and select Report, or email us at contact@keytube.com with the video title and reason. We review all reports within 48 hours and take appropriate action.
